The vertical jump training class at keystone will cover the concepts, strength exercises, and plyometric drills necessary to increase each athletes vertical jumping ability. The ability to jump quickly (and high) off of the ground is extremely important in all sports.
WHAT: “Jump Class” focused on teaching athletes the mechanics and exercises important to increasing their vertical jump.
- Strength: Squats, Hip Extension Exercises, Lunges/Step-Ups, Upper-body work
- Applying Strength Quickly: Pulls, Plyometrics, Medicine Ball Throws
- Technique: Squats, Plyometrics
WHO: All athletes ages 12 yrs and older that are serious about getting better.
