Strength Training (Open Class)
Keystone Sports Training is excited to now offer a small group strength training class. This instructional class is geared towards athletes who are serious about getting better and that want to develop the foundation for effective strength training for years to come.

Intro Strength Training
Who: All athletes ages 13yrs+
When: Winter 2021 and 2022 Days and Times TBD
What: Informative strength training class that will cover a wide variety of topics based around strength training. Some of these topics include: proper lifting technique, weight room etiquette, importance of strength training, and much more.
COST: $180 for 12 sessions

LEVEL 2 Strength Training
Who: All athletes that completed the intro to strength training class.
When: Tuesday and Thursdays 6-7:15PM Starting 2/16 ending 3/25
What: This class will cover all of the same techniques and lifts that were practiced in the intro class and more. Slightly more intense with an added focus on “gains”.
COST: $180 for 12 sessions
