Offering group and individual speed training / strength training sessions we have a wide variety of programs and techniques to help maximize each athletes potential. Keystone Sports Training provides athletes with a perfect combination of instruction and next level equipment. Our drills and workouts will include ladders, resistance bands, bullet belts, high speed treadmills, medicine balls, plyo-boxes, cone drills, lateral slide board, balancing discs, sleds, and a whole lot more.
*We currently train athletes as young as 6yrs old all the way up to Division1 college athletes*

Speed Agility Conditioning (Open Class)
WHAT – Combination of speed, agility, footwork, balance, and conditioning. This open class covers a little bit of everything. As for group size, sometimes we have 2 athletes and other times 10 athletes. Some athletes are first timers while others have more experience.
WHO – All Sports, Ages 10+
WHEN – Every MONDAY and THURSDAY 7-8pm
COST – $20 Per Class

1 ON 1 Training / Small Group Training
WHAT: Detailed training program designed specific for the individual athlete. 1v1 sessions can focus on one or all of the following topics: speed, strength, coordination, running form, agility, vertical jumping, conditioning…
WHO: Because 1v1 training is specific to the athlete we work with all ages and sports backgrounds.
WHERE: Most of the time we hold 1v1 sessions at our facility in Hatfield but we can also travel to your home field or location.
PRICE: $70 1 Athlete — $80 2 Athletes — $90 3 Athletes $100 4-5 Athletes
