Keystone Sports Training is hosting an eight-week high school girls flag football league at North Penn High School in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. This competitive 7v7 league gives high school athletes an opportunity to play meaningful games, improve their skills and compete against teams from throughout the region.
Teams may register together, or athletes can sign up individually and be placed on a team. All skill levels are welcome.
2026 Flag Football League Details
Dates: Sundays, September 13 through November 1, 2026
Game Times: Between 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Location: North Penn High School Turf, Lansdale, PA
Age Group: High school girls only
Format: 7v7 flag football (using PIAA rules published on 9/1/26)
Season Length: Seven weeks
Games: Seven guaranteed games
Registration Fee: $125 per player
Team Size: Minimum of 10 players and maximum of 20 players per team

The Keystone 7v7 Flag Football League offers two registration options. Coaches may register an entire team, while athletes who do not currently have a team may register individually.
Individual players will be placed on a team whenever roster availability allows. This makes the league a great option for experienced players as well as athletes who are new to organized flag football.

A Girls Flag Football League Built for Competition and Development
Girls flag football continues to grow, and athletes need additional opportunities to compete outside of their regular school seasons. Our league is designed to help players improve their football knowledge, route running, passing, catching, defensive positioning, communication and overall game experience.
Whether an athlete is preparing for her high school season, looking for additional competition or playing organized flag football for the first time, the Keystone league provides a positive environment in which to compete, grow and belong.
Who Can Participate?
This league is open to female high school students. Players of all skill levels are welcome, including experienced varsity athletes, junior varsity players and athletes who are newer to flag football.
The league is conveniently located in Lansdale for athletes and teams throughout the North Penn area and surrounding Montgomery County communities.
Weekly Photo and Video Highlights
All Axis Media will be taking pictures and videos from various games each week.
Players will have opportunities to be featured through weekly photography and video highlights provided during the season. These highlights give athletes and families memorable content from the league while helping showcase the continued growth of girls flag football.
Flag Football League Location
Games will be played on the soccer turf at North Penn High School in Lansdale, PA. The turf field provides a high-quality setting for organized 7v7 flag football games throughout the eight-week season.
2026 Flag Football League Registration
Registration is $125 per player. Space is limited, and interested teams and individual athletes are encouraged to register early.
